We will charge a basic set up fee of $499.00 for a website to have up to 5 menu pages (Home - About Us - Services - Testimonials - Contact). You can add or reduce menu pages. We will help you accommodate and resize the images provide by you with the right pixel size and dimension. We will setup a video in your website and provide basic editing if necessary, all included with the price; the video must be provided by you or we may accommodate one that applies to your business if available. You can always place more elements such as: additional pages, sub-folders, images, gallery, media, shapes and lines, buttons and menus, blog, online store, other applications or any other elements on the list builder into your website for additional charge; please contact us for a quote.
E-commerce, retail, restaurant, real estate and fashion categories websites will be quoted differently as the amount of images and content to be placed in these categories may change from each project.

Service by the hour $50.00
We also charge work by the hour, any additional work needed to accomplish the task after project has been quoted, or after a package is chosen; it is considered extra work and is charged by the hour basis. Website Guarantee and Refund Policy
Our web design work is guaranteed and you can do limited revisions during the first 30 days. No refunds at 100% will be allowed once we have started the process of building your page. We will only consider returning 50% of total amount of purchase price if paid full amount of $799.00 or more and you have notified us by email quickly to stop the project; as long as the project has remained at the first stage of set up.
First stage set up development is known to be; before opening an account for you or the placing of any images, videos, or content into the webpage as order based on specifications received by the customer through email.
Content Management Discontinuance of Service
You can terminate this service at any time, simply do not pay the following month for services and send us an email to us stating that you would like to see the Content Management services to be terminated. Content management billing cycle ends the last day of the month; if billing cycle has started a new month, you must pay for the full month.
Service by the Hour Refund Policy
No refunds at 100% will be allowed once you have assigned the additional work to be performed. We will consider returning 50% of total purchased hours if notify us by email quickly before the task has started.
